■住宅設計における木造形式の構造・基礎・断熱
住宅建物の性能を決定する構造方式は大きく3種類あり、木構造・鉄骨造(S造)・鉄筋コンクリート造(RC造)がある。木造は比較的一般的な工法のため、施工できる工事会社も多く、建物重量も軽いため、基礎の形式も簡略でよく一番一般的な工法である。耐震性能は、筋交いなどの壁をバランスよく配置することで耐力を確保する。最近の気密化住宅の流れで、昔の木造住宅より格段に建物の気密性もあがり、断熱性能も他の形式と遜色ないレベルにある。ただ、不燃化の流れで、木部を外部に露出させたり、木製建具を外部に用いるには制約が多い。木造の免震構造設計もある。

There are greatly three kinds of structural methods to decide the performance
in the building, and are a tree structure, an iron frame make (S ), and
a ferroconcrete make (RC ). The aseismic capacity secures the wall such
as diagonal bracings and to often arrange the balance, the proof strength
is secured. Airtight in the building goes up more greatly than an old timbered
house by the flow of a recent house of making to airtight, and it exists
in the level that is other forms and not inferior as for the insulation
efficiency. However, Kibe is exposed outside by the flow of fireproofing,
and there are a lot of restrictions to use wooden fixtures outside. There
is a wooden quake absorbing structure, too.

■住宅設計における鉄骨形式の構造・基礎・断熱
住宅設計における鉄骨造は鉄骨で構成された構造で、他の方式より自由度が高い。またRC造より建物重量が軽く、基礎の形式が有利である。中国特需の前(5年程度前)まではRCより圧倒的に安い構造であったが、鉄素材の高騰により、RC造とあまり変わらない。外壁の素材グレードにより値段、断熱性能が大きく異なる。

The degree of freedom of < iron frame make is higher than that of other
methods in the composed structure in the iron frame. Moreover, the weight
of the building is lighter than that of the RC make, and the form of the
base is more advantageous. It is so more steady than that of RC even ahead
of Chinese special procurements (For about five years ago) because of the
sudden rise of the iron material though it was a cheap structure more overwhelmingly
with the RC make. The price and the insulation efficiency are greatly different
depending on the material grade of the outside wall.

■住宅設計における鉄筋コンクリート形式の構造・基礎・断熱
RC造はその重量感によりグレードの高い建物になる。安藤忠雄に代表されるコンクリート打ち放し仕上げは住宅建築のひとつの到達点といえる。耐火、耐震性は高いが、その比重の高さのため断熱性は低い。温まりにくくさめにくい。

As for the RC make, the grade becomes a high building by the weight feeling.

though fireproof and earthquake resistance are high. It is not easy to
wake up because it is not easy to get warm.
