■マンション設計における鉄骨形式の構造・基礎・断熱
マンション設計における鉄骨造は鉄骨で構成された構造で、他の方式より自由度が高い。またRC造より建物重量が軽く、基礎の形式が有利である。中国特需の前(5年程度前)まではRCより圧倒的に安い構造であったが、鉄素材の高騰により、RC造とあまり変わらない。外壁の素材グレードにより値段、断熱性能が大きく異なる。

The degree of freedom of < iron frame make is higher than that of other
methods in the composed structure in the iron frame. Moreover, the weight
of the building is lighter than that of the RC make, and the form of the
base is more advantageous. It is so more steady than that of RC even ahead
of Chinese special procurements (For about five years ago) because of the
sudden rise of the iron material though it was a cheap structure more overwhelmingly
with the RC make. The price and the insulation efficiency are greatly different
depending on the material grade of the outside wall.

■デザイナーズマンション設計における鉄筋コンクリート形式の構造・基礎・断熱
RC造はその重量感によりグレードの高い建物になる。安藤忠雄に代表されるコンクリート打ち放し仕上げは住宅建築のひとつの到達点といえる。耐火、耐震性は高いが、その比重の高さのため断熱性は低い。温まりにくくさめにくい。

Ando. Adiabaticity is low because of the height of the specific gravity
though fireproof and earthquake resistance are high. It is not easy to
wake up because it is not easy to get warm.
